Welcome to Placement and Training cell of Department of Computer Science & Engineering, IMSEC. This cell is mainly responsible for

1. Facilitating Industrial Training, mandatory for UG (BTech) curriculum
2. Inviting Companies/Institutions/Organizations of repute for placements of both UG and PG students.

Placement procedure:

​

The placement process follows a set of guidelines as mentioned below:

• The Training and Placement Cell of Computer Sc Department,sends invitations alongwith placement performa to organizations to participate in the campus placements.

• Organization fills in the placement performa containing details of the job offer (pay package, place of posting, allowances and other bonuses). Placement performa can be sent either by post or email to HoD Computer Sc (hodcse@imsec.ac.in).

• The organization details alongwith job offer is made available to the students, requesting them to apply.

• Placement cell of the department allots date(s) to an organization for campus placements. The organization confirms the date(s).

• The list of the students who have applied is provided to the organization along with their CV's.
