I was established in 2002 under aegis of IMS Society (1990) with an objective of creating a talented pool of trained & world class technocrats who can contribute towards the economic & social development of the nation. The aim of IMSEC is to build a sound flat form for high quality, technical knowledge and skill that addresses the changing needs of industries to advance research and partnership with industry.

About Department of Computer Science & Engineering

Department was established in the year 2002. We are currently offering four year undergraduate engineering program of B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering with intake of 240 students and two year M.Tech program in Computer Science & Engineering with an intake of 18 students. The program is accredited by National board of accreditation. We have around 40 highly qualified faculty members in the department. The Computer Science & Engineering program of B.Tech & M.Tech at IMSEC integrates the study of important theoretical foundations with the study of powerful scientific methodologies that are central to the field, providing excellent preparation for graduate/postgraduate study in computer science.
